Delivery Arrangements

  • Shipping Methods: We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs, including Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, and Next-Day Delivery.

  • Estimated Delivery Timeframes (from dispatch):

    • Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days
    • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
    • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 3 PM on a business day are eligible for delivery the next business day (subject to availability and location).

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, unless a specific delivery date has been agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the order.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Final delivery charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Note: Free delivery is available for orders over £100.

Liability for Delayed, Lost, or Misdelivered Orders

Claims for Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@toctrading.co.uk as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Returns and Refunds for Delayed or Lost Orders

  • If your order cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe (or within 30 days where no specific timeframe was agreed), we offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
